    KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia has successfully reduced the number of new HIV cases to 3,146 in 2020 or 9.31 cases per 100,000 people through various prevention, control, treatment and care efforts implemented by the government over the past three decades, says Khairy Jamaluddin.
