What is the maximum loan term (loan tenure) for a housing loan in Malaysia?
The length of a loan can range anytime
- up to 30 years
- until the borrower reaches age 65 (or any other age as determined by the financial institution)
whichever is earlier.
- Loan Tenure - Number of years taken to fully repay the loan principal and interest as agreed under a specific repayment programme.
