Recovering Sign-in Information
If you've forgotten your My Lawyerment Account password or are receiving the message 'The username or password you entered is incorrect' when you try to sign in to your My Lawyerment Account, please visit the password-assistance page and enter your email address you used to create your account.
Once you've typed in your email address, type the confirmation code in the appropriate field, and click Submit. We'll send a message to the email address registered as your My Lawyerment username. Follow the instructions in the message to get back into your account.
If you made multiple request, only the link delivered most recently will be valid.
Your username is the email address you used to create your My Lawyerment Account.
If you see a message that email address you entered was not found when you try to sign in to your My Lawyerment Account, try other email addresses you may have used. If these do not work, it's possible you do not have a My Lawyerment account or you have made a typo when signing up.
- Security Question
Security question is used to protect your My Lawyerment Account and to help verify your identity in case you've forgotten your password. It is typicaly set up when you create your account.
To protect your account, we limit the number of times you can attempt to answer your security question. After the limit of retries is reached, you'll need to request for a new email or code on the password-assistance page.
