Beware of fraudulent telephone calls requesting personal banking information. Members of the public are reminded to never disclose their PIN and passwords to third parties under any circumstances. Bank Negara Malaysia and commercial banks will never and will not request for personal banking information through telephone calls or advise members of the public to transfer monies to a third party account. Members of the public are advised not to respond to such requests and should contact their respective banks immediately to seek clarifications.
