Automobile Association of Malaysia (AAM)
Also known as the Persatuan Automobil Malaysia in Malay. Established in 1932, AAM is recognized as the national motoring authority, acting as the official spokesperson for Malaysian motor vehicle owners, and championing their rights to the safe and adequate use of roads. AAM is also the national motorsports' governing body and the largest 24-hour emergency, breakdown and road assistance service provider in Malaysia. AAM provides a range of services to members, from breakdown and technical assistance, to motor insurance, road tax and driving licence renewals. AAM's fleet of road assist and emergency response vehicles consist of flatbed car carriers, tow trucks, patrol cars, pick-up trucks and vans.
