Constitutional Court of Republic of Albania

Established in 1992, Constitutional Court of Republic of Albania is the final authority for the interpretation of the Constitution of Albania and the compliance of laws in accordance with the constitution. The Constitution of Albania entered into force on November 28, 1998. Constitutional Court of Republic of Albania composes of 9 members; 5 are appointed by the Assembly, and 4 by the President of the Republic.
