Biro Pengaduan Awam Negeri Sabah (BPANS)

Also known as the Sabah Public Complaints Bureau (PCB) in English. The main objective of the Biro Pengaduan Awam is to assist the public in their grievances with the public machinery and to take remedial action towards redressal of complaints that are justified. Categories of complaints are delays in carrying out official duties, unfair actions or decisions, lack of public utilities or services, inefficiencies of public servants, rules and procedures which are biased or inadequate, abuses of power, misconduct of public servants and failure to enforce regulations/laws.
