Valuation and Property Services Department

Commonly known as the Jabatan Penilaian dan Perkhidmatan Harta (JPPH) in Malay term. Established on June 1, 1957 as the Valuation Division of the Ministry of Finance. National Institute of Valuation (INSPEN) is JPPH's research and training centre while its National Property Information Centre (NAPIC) was set up on September 9, 1999 to collect, collate and disseminate information relating to demand and supply of property in the country to government agencies, property developers and all parties in the property industry. JPPH's core business is to advise the government and its agencies on matters relating to the valuation of real estate, property development and management.
