Institut Penilaian Negara (INSPEN)

Also known as the National Institute of Valuation in English term. Established in 1985 under the Department of Valuation and Property Services (Jabatan Penilaian dan Perkhidmatan Harta-JPPH), Ministry of Finance Malaysia and official opened on August 1, 1985. INSPEN is entrusted with the responsibility of conducting in-service training programmes and courses on valuation and property management courses for international and local participants under the Malaysian Technical Co-operation Programme (MTCP) sponsored by the Economic and Planning Unit of the Prime Minister's Department (EPU); and carrying out research in the field of valuation and property management. INSPEN is also responsible for the management of the in-service examination for JPPH.
