YTL Corporation Berhad is an integrated infrastructure conglomerate in Malaysia with international operations locally and in United Kingdom, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Japan and China.

YTL Corporation was established in 1955 by Tan Sri Dato' Seri Yeoh Tiong Lay. Under the stewardship of his son, Tan Sri Dato' Seri Francis Yeoh, the company grown from a single listed construction firm into an international utilities company with a group of listed companies.

Today, YTL Corporation is one of the largest companies listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. It also has a secondary listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange since 1996, being the first non-Japanese Asian company listed on the Tokyo Exchange.
