CZ Print Release Station is a centralized program for holding, releasing, tracking, auditing, and managing print jobs that allows libraries or schools to manage, control, and recovery the printing costs and charge for the printing. The program allows the company to reduce the print volume and waste paper by eliminating accidental, unnecessary, or abusive printing.
1, Easy-to-use. Requires no client software on the workstations, and allows to switch between staff mode and user mode.
2, Easy Reports. Provides free CZ Print Job Report that includes 54 default reports and 40 customized reports.
3, Easy Releasing. Allows to release one or multiple print jobs at one time.
4, Real-time Tracking. Captures the detail print job information including name of the user who sends the job, the document name, number of pages, total cost, print job size, submitted time and date, print job status, destination printer, name of the computer from which the job was sent, duplex, color and paper size.
5, Real-time Auditing. Shows total number, total pages, total cost of print jobs and total cost of selected print jobs in real time.
6, Easy Management. Allows to cancel multiple print jobs on the different monitored printers at one time and allows to purge all unclaimed print jobs on all monitored printers automatically at a user-defined time.
7, Easy Charging. Charges print jobs based on monochrome / color, duplex and paper size.
8, Easy History Check. Shows the printed jobs and deleted jobs in a user-defined time frame.
9, Easy Access Point. Provides easy access to the Printer Folder where you can add, remove, configure local and network printers.
