Pidgin is an instant messaging client that lets you log in to accounts on multiple chat networks simultaneously from a single application. Therefore, you can chat with friends on MSN, talk to a friend on Google Talk, and sit in a Yahoo chat room all at the same time.
Pidgin is a cross-platform application that supports operating systems such as Windows and Unix.
Pidgin offers secure end-to-end encryption with its popular Off-the-Record Messaging (OTR) plugin. Several other powerful and advanced features are extendable by plugins.
