OkoView is a picture viewer designed for Windows. It gives user the ability to manage digital photos, rotate them, make slide shows, blur images, anti red eye effect and many other features. The core feature is the ability to create HTML albums. You may generate HTML albums with tumbinals preview. It will automatically generate HTML pages. You just have to upload them onto FTP server.

OkoView opens the door to the new way of managing photos. It has a beautiful and intuitive comprehensible interface. Your pictures and photos will be stored in different folders, like 'Family', 'Friends', 'The rest' and etc. Of course, you can create new and delete existing folders yourself.

OkoView is a powerful print utility too. Every time you can preview the picture and print it.
It allows you to view your photos like 'slide show' also. You may make 'Anti Red Eye' effect too, blur images and make another effects. The very handy ability is to create the current photo as the wallpaper of the desktop.
