WinDay displays the type of information you'll find in a common wall-calendar but more and better. WinDay has a large database of inspirational thoughts (it will display one per day, either sequentially or randomly). WinDay also allows you to set your personal anniversaries very easily. WinDay is nice and easy to use.
WinDay's main window is designed to be self-explaining and uncluttered.
Initially the current date is displayed, you can move between dates either by selecting the date on the calendar or by pressing the buttons labeled "< >" for yesterday and tomorrow and "<< >>" for last week and next week. You can exit WinDay either by clicking on the button labeled "Exit" or pressing the "Esc" (escape) key.
In the main window you'll find all the relevant information for that date. You'll find Anniversaries, Almanac (moon phase, sunrise, sunset, zodiac), Thought of the Day and a special message. In the other text box you'll find the current month, day and year and the day of the week (for the sunrise and sunset to be accurate, you need to set your local longitude and latitude).
