The Supreme Court of the Netherlands, locally called the 'Hoge Raad der Nederlanden' is the highest court in the Netherlands. A Dutch lawyer licensed to practise law in Netherlands is called 'Advocaat'. An advocaat must be admitted to the Netherlands Bar (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten) and be registered with one of the local regional bar associations, which are autonomous. |
