I am Rohiny. Working as a preschool teacher. I have two questions to ask for a clarification.
1) We are entitle for 14days of annual leave. 8 days of annual leaves are force us to take as during school closure for two week which is 1 week for CNY OFF (DEDUCT 4 DAYS OF OUR AL) and year end closure (deduct 4days of our AL).
We left only 6days of AL to be taken in a year. Our employer suddenly putting in rules that UNPAID LEAVES are not encourageable...... Is our employer has rights to force us to take our annual leave even it is never writen in our offer letter regarding this?
