I am writing to express my concern over the SMS that I received on 23/05/2016 at 21.20pm from FALCON & PARTNERS. If I am not mistaken, I’m not a user of the stated account # A920150840102. I received similar message long time ago and I have consulted with the Butterworth branch TMNet office personnel. It was told that system error and please ignore the message, but, I'm surprised why I received again this message yesterday?Could you please make the necessary corrections and make sure that my name is not accountable for this charge. If this is too complicated. I’m willing to have further discussion. I would appreciate an update on this concern as soon as possible.
