Hi, I am a Taiwanese and marry a Malaysian.
My husband ex-company seems like going to bankrupt. He left the company 1 year ago.
However, he signed as the guarantor for 700K bank loan before when he still works there.

The company doesn't go well, and no money to return the bank loan. Bank send legal letter, maybe going to sue this company. (Not yet)

Just wondering if he needs to transfer his house under my name? And because I am not local, can he do it?
Do we need to finish the house loan before transfer? Or he can transfer under my name, but pay the mortgage on his name? (As foreigner I can not get loan from Malaysia I think)

Please advice, thanks.
