I have been served a Creditor's Petition.

My questions are:
1. The Creditor's Petition served on me is not sealed. Is it valid?
2. There is no affidavit verifying the statements in the petition, is it valid?
3. The Penghutang Penghakiman notice to oppose, should it be sealed?

Hope someone could kindly offer advice. Thank you.
