Hello there.
I have been jobless for more than 6 months now. And my AKPK service has been terminated due to default payment.
The banks and debt collection agency has been calling me and I do not what to do.
I do not have any assets or savings to pay off the the debts.
Is there anyway that I can withdraw from EPF to settle the debts???

I am only 29 years old and I SERIOUSLY DO NOT WANT/ NEED TO GO BANKRUPT at this age.

How many banks and how much is your debt? You cannot withdraw EPF at your age and a long time more till 50.

I have not checked yet but before I joined AKPK 2years ago is about RM30k.
If I can't withdraw from EPF, what else can I do? I have not found a job yet.
Can AKPK still help to hold the calls from banks and the debt collector??

No job in Malaysia is understatement, maids can get almost 2K per month, with PC/Internet knowlegde you are saying you cant get a job?

Anyway, whatever your story is, jobless.. better get bankrupted, cause that would leave the banks off your back. Once you are bankrupted no financial agency can touch you or ask money from you.
MOney in EPF is for old age, EPF will not release funds to pay off your debts. Period.

Borrow from your family members. Try to reduce by half. Look for a job continue paying. Avoid bankruptcy.

I am jobless due to medical reasons, I can't perform like others, etc.

Now banks have started calling me, and heard that in order to seek help from AKPK, I have to have a job.
