If there is a Sdn Bhd company with authorised capital of 100k:
1. we want to show this amount in our company bank account, does it mean we want to increase the paid up capital?
2. does when we register new company , the paid up capital is RM2?
3. To increase the paid up capital from 100k to 400k, can one of director bank in 10k to company account and keep the bank in slip, and after that write a cheque under his name (amount of 10k), then after the money bank in back to his account, he re do the process(he bank in again to comapny acount and write cheque under his name), he bank in 40 times to company account in 60days and each time he bank in 10k, it means 400k (the total actual money a director have is just 10k, so he has to bank in 40 times and write cheque under his name 40times)?
4. Why we have to keep the bank in slips? (the 10k that bank in today by director 2 company acount, and contines days that he is going to bank in)? is it because want to show this amount in tax audit report?
5. is this considering rolling the money? to increase paid up capital?
