May I get an advice on followings:
1) Where Can i get reasonable consultation fees for business contract at lawyer firm (e.g. non-exclusive or exclusive distributor agreement)?
2) If signed non-exclusive distributor agreement, other company they can distributor the same product with me, by understanding. So, can we set a condition in non-exclusive distributor agreement, that, whichever market that my company already penetrate, the other company shouldn't penetrate the same market again?
3) by signing non-exclusive distributor agreement, what conditions or rules I can include to protect the interest of my company?

many thanks in advance for advise

In my opinion,
If your company is not going to be an exclusive distributor, it is better not to have a written agreement.
Just sell without any agreement.
