A contract being signed. Will it still valid if:-

1) Contract contend being crossed and changed without initial signature of both party?
For example:
A sold car to B. B being crossed out and changed to c (related individual or company)

2) Witness are not presently attesting that the document was signed by the actual person. Witness only sign as replacement.

3) Unjustified consideration. EG RM 50 in exchange of RM100k goods

thanks
