Hi, i really need some opinions here. I have two tnb biz accounts which has been registered and use for my biz for more than 5 years. Couple of months back, I got this notice from tnb saying that they want to transfer an electricity debt into my accounts from some other biz suspecting that my company or directors of my company (sdn bhd) is related to those biz. Fyi, my company n those company has got no ties and of course completely different entities. I am very confident that I do not have signed any documents or agreements or letters that could relate my company to this debts. I have asked for explaination in writing but was ignored. To make it worse, they have terminated the electricity for both accounts and now I have to stop my small biz. Please give me some ideas on how to deal with this.. Can tnb actually transfer anyone's debt into someone else's account without authorization?

Get a lawyer to send them a Letter of Demand first and see what is their reply.
