Unable to fulfill term & conditions in contract

Hi sir,

We had a contract which draft by clients inside this contract one of their terms and conditions is request us to accept and agreed to purchase one unit of shop with them. We had already signed the contract but loan being rejected by bank hence we unable to purchase,now this clients decline to paid us an outstanding payment. In this circumstance, can we sue this company and get back our payment?

If you think you got strong logical basis then sue lah...

But, if you need to ask this question, I think your reasons not strong
