Dear All,
I have receive a call from same one call Adira phone no 0192285865, keep asking me to upgrade to Platinum Card which need to pay a ONE TIME PAYMENT RM599 for LIFE TIME, She (she say she is a manage) threaten me that I must upgrade to gold card if not they will continue charge me annual fee, She tell me if i not pay for this RM599 may be next time the annual free is about thousand Ringgit. I had never use the service and never sign an agreement to upgrade. How can they force us to upgrade. I think the consumer association and the government needs to take some aggressive action against this issue. Kindly help me.

Beware of Scam & Pretender !!!

You should contact the Financial Company or Bank to clarify this matter. Otherwise, you can CANCEL the CARD, If you DON'T NEED it.

semalam pn saya terima panggilan telefon dr org syarikat cintai sudah ada pltinum mereka nk close supaya x perlu upgrade lg....tapi minta bayar lagi....ini syarikat penipu...asik mintak duit org...dan sy nk quit dr syarikat ini...mereka x kasi...apa sebenarnya polisi syarikat ini...pelanggan tidak ada pilihan...mereka terpaksa bayar, bayar dan bayar.....

jumpa jugak satu forum yang membincangkan pasal cintai malaysia holiday card nie. harap dapat bantu saya. saya dah tak tahu nak buat camner. dah 3 tahun saya membayar mereka melalui potongan kad kredit sebanyak rm599 setiap potongan. Kali nie, dia marah dan nak berenti pun ada caj lagi rm599. Adoi, mohon bantuan, bagaimanan nak stopkan . Dia bagitau kalau tak bayar, every year dia akan terus caj sampai jadi hutang terkumpul. saya rasa teraniaya sgt.Tq

dear all,
i had the same experience, from the last few years till recently 2 days  back. last week they want to confirm my address to sent surat saman because i  didn,t pay the cost for insurance coverage etc,since their card is a lifetime membership. I told them to send to my address but, last 2 days they called me again saying that if I want to cancell the card, they wil try to help me but I must pay 599 .They wil send the letter to sign saying I want to cancell a letter to pay 599 also.I told them to send that letter but I don't want to pay. I had enough conversation with them, I had all their numbers, they keep calling me day and nights even I said I don"t want their cards and I never use their services. Now I'm waiting a letter from them so I can go to see KDN, to get their help.

Please spread to all friends and family membes NOT TO SIGN or Agree to this CINTAI HOLIDAYS PACKAGE

help!...their lawyer called me to send summon cos i didn't pay the 'upgrades'...i've told of their sales personnel before this that it's ridiculous to charge the customers to upgrade the cards...lepas tu bila i nak cancel the card pon dia suruh bayar jugak...i bayar la ingatkan abis citer...silly me, a few years after that they called me again to get payment for ANOTHER upgrade...i refused to pay....hence the lawyer called me up the other day to send me a summon....this company is a conman la....sakit hati betol!!....
