Cintai Malaysia Card and West Dyna Quest Scam

I have the same problem where some one called me and threatened that I must upgrade to gold card if not they will continue charging me annual fee. I think we need to find out a way to stop all these crook. I had never used their service and never signed an agreement to upgrade. How can they force us to upgrade. Should we complain to the consumer association?

Saya juga alami masalah dengan pihak Cintai ini sejak 2008. Hari ini terima panggilan talipon dari Pn. Nuralisha dari CTOS kata pihak Cintai mohon CTOS akaun. Saya perlu bayar RM48k. Sebelum ni pihak Bank Negara, KPDNKK mereka guna. Mengapa pihak berwajib tidak ambil tindakan?

Today, 25 March 2019 at about 3.49pm received a call from one Malay lady - Zakirah of 03-2787918* claiming to be from "Pendaftaran CTOS" and threatening to record my name and personal particulars with CTOS for blacklisting purposes. It seems there is an outstanding sum of RM48,000 due and owing to Cintai Global Malaysia for non-payment of membership yearly fees since 2007??? I was asking for Cintai Global Malaysia contact number to clarify and verify this. I was given this number 017-221396* and talked to one Malay lady by the name Safinah.  

Why suddenly, after more than 10 years this stupid thing crops up again??? Really absurd. I sought for further clarification and asked for all relevant documents... contracts, papers, correspondences, statement of account etc... but both ladies simply refused to provide. They claimed to have contacted me few times before but I have been simply ignoring them and did not co-operate.!?!?!

I can recall to have terminated the subscription and their service few years back (can't remember the exact date) because of affordability and non-consumption issues. but why are they still coming back and harassing and threatening people like this??

Harap pihak berwajib, berotoriti dan berkuasa buatlah sesuatu yang drastik, agresif dan pro-aktif menangani masalah ini dengan lebih berkesan. Jangan biarkan spesis-spesis seperti ini mengganggu ketenteraman dan bermaharajalela sesuka hati memeras ugut, meminta duit sewenang-wenangnya.
