Cintai Malaysia Card and West Dyna Quest Scam

I have the same problem where some one called me and threatened that I must upgrade to gold card if not they will continue charging me annual fee. I think we need to find out a way to stop all these crook. I had never used their service and never signed an agreement to upgrade. How can they force us to upgrade. Should we complain to the consumer association?

I faced this situation before about 1 to 2 years ago and just 5 min ago i received a call from 0192799121.
Can someone please put a stop to these scammers? Can the police get involved?

This is **** , 4 years ago my father had receive call and he had argue with them and agree to pay rm 599 for the member cancellation and today receive a call from this number 019-2769121 so im gona make a report to police , I had call ssm to check company West DYNA Quest sdn bhd and they told this company still exist . This is totally **** how come the company can be survive so long and this complain had make more than 6 years !!!!!

Latest update, now the phone number changed to 0192799121 from this Cintai Holidays. Received a call 10 mins ago & said that they will send the letter to my house and to 'hadir di Makhamah KL pada hari Khamis minggu depan'. I paid dont know how many RM599 till 2014 to terminate my membership. No need to entertain them, there is no signature on any documents about the membership and there is no unable termination for any service. All the victims and friends here being treated the same script of Summon case, Legal case show from this scam company.

I am from Pahang. I received a call last week saying that Bank Negara is going to freeze all my bank account because I have summon case from West Dynas for not paying the yearly fees and ignoring their calls. The voice is an Indian lady. When I asked to talk to the personnel of the company, a Malay called me and stating that she is the company reps. She strongly accusing me "Ingkar syarat dari" contract that I had signed with the company. I told here I have paid for the termination of the card RM599 years ago. But she said that I actually terminated the card but not the membership.

When I asked if the case could be settle outside the court, she said I have to pay around RM15,000. But the company was only asking me to pay RM8500. For full settlement, I asked why it was so much since I haven't any privilege since the date. She said the membership was for life. The yearly fee plus the insurance that covered the card member, thus amounted to that.

So I asked to terminate my membership. She said I have to pay RM850 for that and give me the account number of Maybank 5624-1450-9908 before 5pm that day. I did do the payment and am now waiting for the termination letter.

Do help me, I am a victim.

It's January 2017 now. Their new tactic is resorting to telling you that West Dyna has send a request to Mahkamah to freeze all bank accounts under your name.

When is this guys going to get caught? Every year sure got 1 call coming from them.

I received this SMS last December.. is this for real? When I checked the number given, it is from Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia.

I have just received 2 calls today, first from someone claiming to be from Bank Negara (with phone number appearing as 019-2769121) claiming that Cintai Holidays have filed a claim through the court for me to settle my dues with them.  When I told them I have never received any letters from Cintai Holidays, the person said she will get the lawyer to call me.  A few minutes later, someone by the name of Siti Aisah (phone number 016-9795046) called claiming she's from the lawyer kebajikan (whatever that means) and telling me that I have RM18k due to Cintai Holidays.  She said I have 2 options:  wait for the court letter and pay RM18k or pay RM9k immediately and cancel my membership.  When I said I want to cancel, the "lawyer" (she called from no caller ID number) immediately transferred my call to a Cintai Holidays (or Dyna Quest) personnel to update my details.  That was when I sensed something was wrong.  I ended the call and called the Tribunal Pengguna where a nice gentleman told me to ignore that request.  Then I called Bank Negara and when I told them the 019 number call I received from the Bank Negara lady, BNM immediately said it's a scam as they never use such number.

The Siti Aisah lady called me again after 20 minutes asking what my decision is.  I just told her I've checked with both BNM and Tribunal Pengguna and both asked me to ignore this request to pay.  She insisted that a court order will be issued and I just told her OK and ended the call.

Be careful of this Cintai Holidays.  They are up to no good and will even act as if they are from the lawyer's office or even BNM.

What Tribunal Pengguna advised me, lawyers and courts and BNM will never communicate through phone.

Just received a call from them about 20 minutes ago. I was conned the first time long time ago. They had conned me into believing that it was mandatory for credit card holder. Thought it has ended. About 5 years ago, they had requested for renewal, but just ignore. But just now was informed that Bank Negara will freeze my account for non payment. Told them that I do not know about the card and have never heard about the company, so she just hung up on me. I was skeptical actually because the background was very noisy, sound like a telemarketer office where you can't really hear what she was talking, however, she claim that she was from Bank Negara and will proceed with freezing the account and to settle it with Bank Negara.

I've received a phone call from 0192799121 at 7.43 pm and says she is calling from Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) which they claimed to received a legal letter from Dyna West that I haven't pay my membership fees for years and now they have the right to frozen all my accounts in 24 hours. I'm so curious and don't understand what is she talking all about as she is speaking in Malay. She told me that she is going to frozen my bank account and she is also asking me is there any problem with it? I'm blur and I've asked her why is BNM make this kind of calls after office hour? And why aren't BNM sending any letter of notice to me but just a call? I even asked her to speak in English and she keep saying why I don't understand what she said? I told her to call me back later on as I wanna recall what she said to me and she just hang up the phone without saying anything else. Is this a scam?? But I've received this kind of calls several times and it's been few years ago. Is there any solution that I reject this kind of calls?

Sama kes dengan isteri saya. Baru tadi terima panggilan telefon mengatakan bahawa semua akaun dia akan di block sebab masih ada hutang dengan syarikat dia orang sedangkan tiada menggunakan duit dia orang walau sesen pun apatah lagi nak sign apa-apa dokumen dari dia orang. Ini memang kaki penyangak hanya nak ambil duit dari orang ramai/costumer ertinya. Saya berharap sangat-sangat member lain pun dah buat aduan kepada KPDNKK dan SSM.

Saya hairan mengapa syarikat ini dah dibatalkan tahun 2004 dan beroperasi lagi 2017 dengan pelbagai cara untuk meraih keuntungan daripada costumer/pelanggan sedangkan ada costumer tak pernah menggunakan card seperti yang diperkatakan.

Harap dapat bantuan dan respon sebelum lebih ramai yang KENA/TERTIPU dari pihak BERWAJIB.
