I would like to know what is the minimum age to be a shareholder in a company? I am not starting the company but just merely looking to take over a portion of the shares from another party. The company has existed about 5 years now.
I am 20 years old and will be 21 come October 2002.
Can I take over the shares?
Thanking you in advance for any advice.
