My husband owned a car many years back and then he left to overseas for work. The father did not pay for the installment and when he is back, the bank sent him a letter for settlements, which of course, he couldn't;t come out with the figures. Then last month April, the lawyer sent a letter to him for attending a court to dicuss over the matter but he failed to attend because we shifted and the letter only arrived to us now (a month later).
We are going overseas this month. So far, his record in imi.gov.my has no obtacles in flying out of country, but will that be an issue in future?
