Case won agains Employer in Industrial Court

I had won a case in Industrial Court against my former employer, The court had given the company 30 days to made the payment.

Today is mark 60 days already, I still haven't get any payment from the company.

Please advice, what should I do next ?

Congratulations. You should file for non compliance of the award pursuant to Section 56 at the Industrial Court.

Can the company take up the case to high court? if yes then what is the allowed time limit ?

Yes, the Company can take it up on judicial review to high court within 3 months from the date of receiving the decision of the Industrial Court.
