non competetion agreement clause in offer letter

I am working for company A, which outsourced me to Company B, which again outsourced to company C (Client location).So my malaysian employement pass is obtained from company A.Now company B has lost the project from Company C. Now Company C want me to work for them through another vendor D. But as pewr my existing contract terms I have signed in offer letter is mentioned as below. Since I have signed for contract with company A like below, if I swich to vendor D to work for company C, will it be  aproblem? In this scenario if company A can take any action on me? If they take, will be able to handle it legally? Please suggest.

During the period and until two (2) years following the termination of your employment for whatever reason (which time period shall be extended by the length of time during which you are in violation of this paragraph), you shall not directly or indirectly solicit the business of (or otherwise deal in a manner adverse to the Company with) or provide any software engineering, consulting or programming services to any customer of the company (regardless whether or not you personally dealt with that party during your employment) or to any customer or end-user of any customer of the Company for which or for whose benefit you provided services during your employment nor directly or indirectly solicit the services of (or otherwise deal in a manner adverse to the Company with) any employee of the Company or induce such employee to terminate his or her employment

How long more will you complete your contract?
