Hello. I understand we can object to Employer being represented by lawyer via permission of Chairman of Industrial Court.  Has this ever been approved before?

You can but its unlikely to succeed. This is because the right to approve is with the President of Industrial Court and if she allows one then it would create precedent for others. Surely Company would not want to be doing cases at Industrial Court themselves.
