Employee misconduct

my colleague has an argument with the staff who are committed with major misconduct cases, and indirectly I have came to know it, should I as a colleague report the case to boss or remain silent ?

i think that maybe it is depends on the misconduct it self,
it is a serious problem?
did his act cause you/your college in problem?

if not, just myob, do not put your self in any problem.
but in case if you think that management/bosses should know about it, then just do it.
Do what you think's right.
