Can anyone here advise me what if HR force to sign termination docs/letter but some of the clauses found to be unfair/inappropriate.
What is the right legal term or remarks to put in a bracket when I sign the docs so that can use in the court if needed?

Do not sign anything which you do not agree completely. But if you have no choice, you can put in brackets "under protest".
