Recently my company has enforced a new rule, that all employees must come back to work on Public Holiday.
And, they will only pay back via 1 day off in leau as compensation to us.
Does this violate any Labour Law?
Understands that some of the Public Holiday such as Malaysia Day, National Day is government observed PH. However, we are just getting paid by given 1 day off-in-leau. Does this fair?
