Contract termination

I was a temporary merchandiser employed by a company to work as a merchandiser in my hometown for 24 days. My contract was terminated on the 11th day of my working day by my employer. He/she gave 2 reason for the termination of my contract, poor punctuality and absenteeism without informing/approval. For the 10 days of mine working days, i din't late to worker and never leave early. I explained to my employer  and said my punch card said everything but he/she said the information was provided from the outlet manager. About the second reason, i informed a staff who interviewed me through the phone by sending a text message that i will be late to work on my 11th day due to some family problem few hours before the working hours. But the staff didn't get to see my text message after his/her boss terminate my contract. I request to get my salary for the 10 days but he/she refused to pay the salary for bad attitude worker. So what should i do? I am very sorry for my broken language.

Hi there

1. You should lodge a complaint at the nearest Labour Department for unpaid salary of the 10 days as well as being dismissed without due inquiry.
