No Salary After Resignation

I've sent my resignation notice to my ex-manager on 30th of June and started to work in Kedah. Until now, I still didn't receive my salary.
I called my ex-employer, spoke to HR, but they said they never received my resignation notice, I'm in "Missing In Action" status, that's why my salary has been hold.
Should I write my resignation notice again and deliver it to KL by hand, or should I just send it by email ?
Any advise ?

Hi there

1. What is the notice period in the Company for resignation?
2. You can resend the resignation notice by email stating that you had given the notice to ex manager on 30 June.
3. If the Company still refuses to pay, you can lodge a complaint at the Labour Department provided your salary is not more than RM 5,000.
4. If your salary is more than RM 5,000, you need to approach a lawyer to issue a letter of demand.

Lets say I'm not resigned. The company have rights to hold staff's salary in case the staff is Missing In Action ?

If you have not resigned but went missing in action, that you can be considered to have abandoned employment and while the Company cannot withheld salary for which you have worked for, the Company can sue you for the notice period.
