Hello, I am working as an HR manager with public listed company. Size of the company is around 30-40.
First issue is - after about a month i still did not receive my employment letter.
Secondly - within this 1 month, i was told to sit in a room, thereafter the owner told me to move to another room, 1 day after i move, again i was told to vacate the room and sit in a place with only a table, chair and PC (no room) and share space with a Marketing Exec. The reason is they want me to work closer with another HR manager and the General Manager who are sitting in a room. Other employees felt that I was demotivated. I felt that I was being humiliated and i would like to check if i were to tender my resignation could i bring the company it IR under constructive dismissal?

Hi there

1. You should write to the Company stating your "problem" and why you consider it to be an humiliation. This would build up your case for constructive dismissal later if the Company does not do anything about your problems.
