My company want to change policy or regulation to their staff. Before I am joined there is no policy likes this.Example if staff take long leave, and they handover their work to others   but the colleague can't do their work, company have authority to ask them back from long leave to work and many of regulation is not agreed by staff. That we can refuse this policy? This policy just can accept after all the staff agree& sign?

Hi there

1. What is the policy which the Company is trying to introduce? If the Company is trying to change fundamental terms of your contract, then you are entitled to claim for constructive dismissal.

2. If on the other hand, the policy is more about leave, etc, then there is nothing much you can do apart from accepting and working with it.
