Does any section in the Election Offences Act (or other related acts) disqualify from being an elector forever?

...until the expiration of five years from such
conviction, be incapable of being registered or listed as an elector
or of voting at any election...
Because it is what I read, so a person can cast a vote 5 years after the imprisonment, am I right?
