Regarding property.My family is the vendor.
After receiving deposits, buyer demanded for the whole pair of keys for the property with excuses like renovation. With much hesitation, a letter of indemnity was produced for his request by his lawyer as we only tumpang his lawyer to take the keys before the completion of transfer of ownership and the worse part is we haven't even receive 100%. Gave us only 10%. Suddenly, he changed lawyer and he duped us as he didn't sign the SPA from his previous lawyer and now he's delaying the whole process of transactions. the worst part is he kinda of started his business on my family property for more than 6 months. what should i do?
