The recent changes in the budget say that first house purchases are only eligible for below RM300,000.
I had signed the real estate agent's purchase offer on behalf of the owner and paid 4% to the agency before the budget's adjustment. Another 6% at the signing of the Sale & Purchase (S&P) due next week.
Can someone with legal know-how tell me what my status is? Have I bought or haven't I bought it?
