Hi all experts,
I really need an advice for this. I am currently renting a condominium and found out that the landlord did not fulfill his obligations to pay the condominium maintenance fees resulting in many inconveniences action by the management office.
I would like to seek advise, since its bind to the tenancy agreement, can I terminate the agreement and demand refund of the deposits based on the reason above?
