Strata Title and Death

The Strata Title was not transferred to the join names when one of the property owners passed away. Does the remaining property owner automatically own the whole property?

So the property goes through probate. If the owners were spouses, what % of value is taken into account?

it depends if there is a will (probate) or no will (LA). Btw have the strata title been issued?

Intestate death. Strata Title is transfer into joint names, but was completed and dated after the death of other joint owner.

Then u have to do LA n get the order 1st. Then there were a few procedure b4 the property will be transfer wholly to the parties involved n u can email me at shah88th@gmail.com
