To cut the story short...
X is the tenant (student) who signed the agreement with landlord. There are 3 more students ABC who are currently staying in the same house as well.
After a few months, C starts to have dispute with X, A & B. 3 of them decided to kick C out from the premise with 2 months notice given to C.
But the problem is, C refused to do so and C's dad told X that she doesn't have such right to do so, and "threatened" X that legal action will be taken if X try to do so.
So my question is whether X has the right to ask C to leave the house or not.
*No agreement signed between X and ABC.

The householder X has every right to decide who can stay and who cannot stay.
