I am selling my condo and i have paid my portion on the quit rent to the JMB office every year. Now my buyer bank cant release the loan without the duly paid quit rent. Upon checking with the Developer that the quit was not paid since 2012.
is it ok if the buyer bank release based on developer lu to pay off the quit rent
