I would like to understand more about the sale process. The residential land has 3 ownership title.
After accepted the buyer’s offer, on the signing day, I understand that will receive a deposit of 10% of the purchase price.
Will this 10% deposit and balance separate to 3 different ownership ?
Do we need to inform the lawyer to separate to 3 different ownership ?
Or there is a standard procedure that it is compulsory to separate to 3 different ownership ?
If not, which of the ownership will receive the money if nothing is inform to the lawyer?
