I am new to property investment here. And I have a question regarding modifying the internal part of a serviced apartment unit which is strata-titled (if this would make a difference), for example, expanding a 2-bedrooms, 1 bathroom unit into a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms unit may be by breaking the walls within and rearrange the walls so that it can fit in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms instead of the default number of bedrooms and bathroom provided. Is this allowed under the law?
