I need to seek your professional advise urgently because my husband who has retired this year wanted to withdraw his savings from Employees Provident Fund (EPF) or Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) but his is blacklisted by a few banks due to credit cards debts. Currently, he does not have any savings account.

Can EPF transfer his withdrawal to my account instead or any other better ways?

I do not see any problems in  transferring the EPF money to your account.
